Exhibitors and visitors
Protect yourself from event scams
Businesses that exhibit at events are often targeted by companies falsely claiming to work with the organiser. They are not connected to Clubtogether Hospitality Ltd or the summit in any way.
Common scams to look out for
- Attendee or delegate lists
Emails offering to sell you our "attendee list" or "visitor database". We do not sell or share attendee data, so any list offered to you is fake or illegally collected.
- Hotel and housing offers
Callers or emails claiming to be the "official housing bureau" for the summit and asking for a deposit to hold rooms. We have no hotel booking agent.
- Directory and guide listings
Invoices or forms for an entry in an "exhibitor directory", "visitor guide" or "event app". Your listing in our exhibitor directory is included in your package and managed only on this website.
- Changed bank details
Messages saying our bank details have changed. We will never change our payment details by email.
How to tell it is really us
- Our emails come only from addresses ending in @clubtogetherhospitality.co.uk.
- Online payments are taken only on clubtogetherhospitality.co.uk, through our payment provider Stripe.
- Our invoices carry an order number starting with RRS- and a payment link on clubtogetherhospitality.co.uk.
- We never sell attendee data, and we never ask for payment to a personal bank account.

If you receive a call, email or invoice about the summit that you are unsure of, do not pay or share any details. Forward it to summit@clubtogetherhospitality.co.uk and we will tell you whether it is genuine.
