Tickets bought online

Changing your mind

• Within 14 days of booking, and at least 30 days before the event: full refund.
• Up to 30 days before the event: refund minus a £10 administration fee per ticket.
• Less than 30 days before the event: no refund, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge by emailing us their name.

Event tickets for a specific date are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The refunds above are offered voluntarily and do not affect your legal rights.

If you're unwell

We know some of our visitors are going through treatment or recovery. If you can't attend for health reasons, please contact us and we will always try to help, including after the deadlines above. You don't need to tell us any medical details.

Patient passes

Patient passes are free. If you can't come, please let us know so the pass can go to someone else.

Sponsors and exhibitors

• A 50% deposit confirms a booking. The balance is due 60 days before the event.
• Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: the deposit is kept, and anything paid above it is refunded.
• Cancellation 90 days or less before the event: the full fee is payable.
• Stands closed for breaking the cancer claims rule are not refunded.

If we change or cancel the event

• If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of everything you paid us.
• If we move the event to a new date or venue, you can keep your booking or ask for a full refund within 14 days of our announcement.
• Changes to the programme or speakers do not normally give a right to a refund.
• We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs, so we recommend booking flexible travel.

How to ask for a refund

Email summit@clubtogetherhospitality.co.uk with your order number (it starts with RRS-). Refunds go back to the card or bank account you paid from, usually within 10 working days.
