Information on this website

The summit takes place in Newcastle upon Tyne in October 2027. Dates, venue, programme and speakers are still being confirmed and may change. We will publish updates here.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Content from speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and charities describes support, wellbeing and quality-of-life services. It does not describe treatments or cures, and you should always speak to your own doctor or care team about your health.

Tickets, bookings and sponsorship

Registering interest does not reserve a ticket or place. A booking is confirmed when payment has been received (or, for sponsors and exhibitors, the deposit). Our refund and cancellation policy applies to every booking, and exhibitors and sponsors must also follow our exhibitor terms. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout only if we are VAT registered.

Using the website

• Please do not misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false, offensive or unlawful content.
• The website content, branding and design belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with credit.

Our liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
