The event
When and where is the summit?
October 2027 (date to be confirmed), in Newcastle upon Tyne, at a Newcastle venue we will announce soon. There are two days and an awards gala on the evening of Day 2.
What happens on each day?
Day 1 is the Professional Day, with keynote talks, sessions in all four streams, the exhibition and networking. Day 2 is the Recovery & Retreats Day, which is open to the public, with retreat showcases, gentle experiential sessions, patient and survivor stories and a charity panel. The Awards Gala dinner takes place on the evening of Day 2.
Who should attend?
Day 1 is for professionals: clinicians and allied health professionals, rehab and recovery practitioners, GPs and social prescribers, HR and occupational health leads, insurers and employee assistance providers, therapists and retreat practitioners. Day 2 is for everyone, including patients, survivors, people in recovery, families and carers.
When will the full agenda and speakers be announced?
The full agenda will be published in spring 2027. Speakers are only named once they have confirmed. Sign up to the newsletter and we will tell you as soon as it is out.
Tickets and payment
When do tickets go on sale?
Early-bird professional tickets go on sale in January 2027. Register your interest and we will email you the moment they are available.
How do I get a free patient pass?
Free Day 2 patient passes are given out through our partner charities. Ask your charity or support group for a code, then use it on our patient pass page. You will never be asked about your health or treatment to get one.
How can I pay?
Tickets bought on this website are paid by card through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Organisations booking sponsorship, a stand or several places can ask to pay by invoice and bank transfer.
Can I book for a group or my whole team?
Yes. Contact us at summit@clubtogetherhospitality.co.uk with the number of places and who they are for, and we can arrange the booking and an invoice for your organisation.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets arrive by email as a PDF with a QR code for each person. Show the QR code on your phone or on paper when you arrive.
Can I get a refund, or send someone in my place?
Yes. You can have a full refund within 14 days of booking (as long as it is at least 30 days before the event), and a refund minus a £10 fee per ticket up to 30 days before. After that you can transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge. If you cannot come for health reasons, contact us and we will always try to help. You do not need to tell us any medical details.
On the day
Is the event accessible?
We will only choose a venue that offers step-free access to all event areas, a quiet room, rest areas with seating, a hearing loop in the main hall and trained first aiders throughout. Day 2 has regular breaks and shorter sessions. If you have a specific access need, please tell us before the event.
Will I be asked about my health?
No. No form on this website or at the event asks for medical information, and we cannot give medical advice. Nothing at the summit is presented as a treatment or cure for cancer.
Where can I stay, and how do I get there?
Newcastle is easy to reach by train, plane and road, and the city centre is compact and walkable. Our visitor guide covers travel, areas to stay and things to do.
Taking part
How do I exhibit or sponsor?
See the packages on our exhibit page and send an enquiry. A member of our team will reply within two working days. Registered charities can apply for a free charity stand.
How do I propose a session?
Use the speaker form to send a session title, a short abstract and a bio. The programme team reviews every proposal and replies once the selection is made.
When do awards entries open?
Entries open in April 2027. Leave your details on the awards page and we will email you when they do.
I am a journalist. Can I attend?
Yes. Working media can request a press pass, and we will confirm it by email closer to the event.
