Flexible Cancellation:Full refund of deposit for cancellation 30+ days before the retreat start date. 50% refund of deposit for cancellation 15-29 days before the retreat start date. No deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before the retreat start date. If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before your retreat start date. Moderate Cancellation:Deposit: Full refund of deposit for cancellation 60+ days before the retreat start date. 50% refund of deposit for cancellation 30-59 days before the retreat start date. No deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before the retreat start date. Remaining balance: Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date. If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date. If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is not refundable. Custom Cancellation:Cancellation policy is defined by the retreat owner. Important:Please refer to your booking summary email for specific deposit and remaining balance amounts. Before purchasing a retreat, carefully read and understand the cancellation policy for each retreat. Additional Notes:All cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service team. Cancellations are processed on the date they are received, not the date they are requested. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
